We are incredibly proud to have achieved Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation in July 2024. Building on the requirements of IiD Bronze, Investors in Diversity Silver liberates the voice of our employees, providing a diversity and inclusion benchmark of performance against other organisations and nationally, while also providing insights into key strengths and areas that require development.

We signed up to the SeeChange Workplace Pledge as a statement of our intent to work towards creating an open culture around mental health in the workplace and to reduce the stigma associated with mental health problems, and became a certified SeeChange Workplace in February 2024.
Soar
We are also delighted to support
wellbeing outside of Fenero through our partnership with the amazing organisation Soar. Soar creates and delivers Early Intervention Wellness Workshops inside and outside of the school system for young people from all backgrounds between the ages of 12 and 18.
