Role Overview

Growth, relationship management and customer experience will be your responsibility as the newest Solutions Advisor to join our growing team.

The role involves guiding new potential clients through our range of services, advising them as to the best option for their circumstances and maximising the number of individuals signing up to our services.

You will also maintain and develop relationships with key individuals within our referral network and will have the opportunity to be involved in some business development activities in support of the Directors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound telephone and email enquiries from our clients seeking to use one of our solutions;
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting our range of solutions;
  • Offering advice on the most suitable of our solutions for each individual customer;
  • Recording enquiries in pipeline records;
  • Taking personal responsibility for your own pipeline, ensuring that conversion of referrals to new client sign ups are maximised;
  • Customer relationship management; conducting follow up calls to new clients and other activities to maintain excellent relationships with existing clients;
  • Relationship building and maintenance with recruitment agencies and other business referrers;
  • Supporting the Director’s business development activities;
  • Seeking new opportunities for Fenero during daily interactions with new customers and business referrers with a view to identifying new sources of business referrals;
  • Meet and exceed targets and KPIs;
  • Keep up to date with all developments within the recruitment services, tax and payroll industries, compliance and general legislation as it relates to the operating processes of Fenero


Your skills, Experiences & Attributes

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a customer adviser role or inbound sales role
  • A qualification in payroll/tax/accounting is a strong advantage
  • Experience/understanding of working within a tax or payroll related industry is a strong advantage
  • Motivated to maximise new customer sign ups and increase our client base
  • Confident and assertive yet friendly telephone manner
  • Customer focused with a genuine desire to help and care for our clients
  • Be self-disciplined, proactive and highly motivated with a hunger to succeed and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic fast growing company
  • Able to build rapport and comfortable developing client relationships via “face to face” interaction
